2 Jan 1891 I believe that the first 3 paragraphs refer to the Beaver area while the last two paragraphs refer to the Hemlock area. Note that the dark blurb at the bottom must have been tape that had been applied to the old paper before it was copied. You will see other examples of this now and then.

27 Mar 1891 This entire article is probably written about the Hemlock area, but I have no idea where the Sears school was located.
17 Apr 1891 Mr. Foland lived just east of what is now the entrance to Bixby Road. I'm assuming that all of this article is about the Beaver area.
8 May 1891 Mr. Wallace lived at Hemlock, but the Bunn family lived in what is now Beaver. So perhaps this is written about the area of Beaver - Hemlock.
29 May 1891 #1 The Wallace school house was the first school at Hemlock that later was the site of the Hemlock School District #26.
26 Jun 1891 I believe the first sentence is for the Beaver area while the others are for the Hemlock area. db
24 Jul 1891 I believe that Al Bunn lived in Beaver and the reference to Beaver Creek was referencing the Beaver area also. The rest of the information is about the Hemlock area.
21 Aug 1891 George Wallace lived at Hemlock.
24 Sep 1891 This article is about the Hemlock area.
15 Oct 1891 The reference to Beaver Creek is about Beaver, I believe. The rest is about the Hemlock area.
29 Oct 1898 I believe these two men were from the Hemlock area.
12 Nov 1891 This is about the Hemlock area.
10 Dec 1891 The reference to crossing the Nestucca is probably about a crossing near Hebo or could possibly be about Blaine Road.
17 Dec 1891 The reference to Beaver Creek is about the Beaver area. The rest is about the Hemlock area.
